Ellie Bayat

Ellie has a unique background in immigration practices which enables her to assist and communicate with foreign workers overseas. Having worked in immigration law as a Legal Assistant, she became increasingly aware of the delicate balance between employer requirements and the needs of qualified foreign nationals as both navigated the complex federal and provincial systems. Ellie is a fundamental part of IMM Recruitment & Employment Services' vision and as a director has the goal of ensuring the employer recruitment processes meet the mandatory program requirements while also properly supporting foreign workers in their job search.

In her spare time, Ellie loves spending time with friends and family and spoiling those around her with delicious food, as well as reading up on the latest Canadian foreign recruitment laws.
